Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for UK Issuance

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of 502,700 ETC Securities under its Physical Gold ETC program. This issuance represents the 796th tranche of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC, issued under a secured precious metal-linked securities programme.

The aggregate number of securities in the series now stands at 68,027,459, with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces per security. The entitlement for this tranche is slightly lower at 0.03964468 troy ounces.

The scheduled maturity date for this issuance is 23 May 2118, with the listing applications submitted for multiple European exchanges including Euronext Paris and London Stock Exchange. The total expense ratio for these securities is 0.12% per annum.

HSBC Bank plc and several other financial entities act as authorised participants. The issuance aims to provide exposure to gold prices, as stated in the prospectus, with net proceeds estimated at USD 86,361,245.96.
