Amundi Physical Metals PLC Announces Issuance of Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals PLC has released final terms for its issuance of 56,000 ETC securities, part of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC, under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The newly issued tranche is numbered 734, with an issue date of August 12, 2025. Each security has a nominal amount of USD 5.085, with a specified interest amount of USD 0.051.
These securities, tied to the value of gold, provide an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces upon issuance. The metals-based securities will mature on May 23, 2118. The ETCs will be listed on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange.
Authorized participants for this issuance include major financial entities such as HSBC Bank Plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and Flow Traders B.V. Amundi’s strategic focus continues to align with investors seeking exposure to gold prices via exchange-traded commodities.
