Amundi Physical Metals Plc Announces Final Terms for New Gold Securities Issue

Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued the final terms for the offering of 40,000 Exchange Traded Commodities (ETCs) Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This new tranche, totaling an aggregate of 68,852,359 ETC Securities overall, is aimed at providing investors exposure to the price of gold.

The specified interest amount for each ETC Security stands at USD 0.051, equating to 1% of the nominal amount. The issue is set for a scheduled maturity date of May 2118, with board approval obtained back in April 2019. These securities are already admitted for trading on various major stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange.

Amundi has identified HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas as authorized participants in this issuance. The total expense ratio is fixed at 0.12% per annum. This offering aims to attract investors seeking to leverage gold price movements, as detailed in the base prospectus authorized by the Central Bank of Ireland.
