Amundi Physical Metals PLC Announces UK Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals PLC has released the final terms for its 230,000 ETC Securities under the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. This issue represents Tranche 906 of the series. The securities are part of the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The initial metal entitlement is 0.04 fine troy ounces per security, slightly reduced to 0.03961196 by the subscription trade date.

The ETC Securities, listed on major exchanges including Euronext Paris, Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange, are expected to provide investors exposure to gold prices. With a Total Expense Ratio set at 0.12% per annum, the Nominal Amount is USD 5.085, with a specified interest of USD 0.051.

The offering has a maturity date scheduled for 23 May 2118, with the application for listing already underway on the London Stock Exchange. Additional potential listings may expand exposure further.
