Amundi Physical Metals plc Announces Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for its UK series of Amundi Physical Gold ETC Securities. On December 9, 2025, the issuer announced the issuance of 80,000 ETC Securities under Tranche 792. These securities are part of Amundi's Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme.

The initial metal entitlement for these securities is 0.04 fine troy ounces per ETC, slightly reduced to 0.03964598 by the subscription trade date. The securities, originally issued on May 23, 2019, are scheduled to mature on May 23, 2118.

The ETC Securities will be listed on several established stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, and the London Stock Exchange. Additionally, they have been admitted to trading on the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange. These listings are expected to bolster market accessibility.
