Amundi Physical Metals Issues Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has officially announced the final terms for its latest tranche of Gold Exchange-Traded Commodities (ETC) Securities under the Secured Precious Metals Programme. The issuance involves 527,000 ETC Securities, designated as Tranche 622, with a scheduled maturity date extending to 23 May 2118. The issue date is set for 26 November 2024, and the initial metal entitlement stands at 0.04 fine troy ounces, slightly adjusted to 0.03969583 on the subscription trade date.

The ETC Securities are slated for listing and trading on prominent European exchanges including Euronext Paris and Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange, with aspirations for further listings. HSBC Bank, Jane Street Financial, BNP Paribas, and Merrill Lynch are among the authorized participants facilitating this offer. The total expense ratio is recorded at 0.12% annually, while the nominal amount is priced at USD 5.085, reflecting 10% of the issue price per security.
