Amundi exceeds 15% of Bouygues' capital
On May 5, 2026, Amundi Asset Management, on behalf of the FCPE PEE Groupe BOUYGUES, announced that it had crossed the 15% threshold of Bouygues' share capital, reaching 15.01% of the share capital and 22.97% of the voting rights. This crossing resulted from a share acquisition on the market, financed by equity.
Amundi states that it has no intention of taking control of Bouygues or changing its strategy. No specific transactions are planned, other than continuing acquisitions in line with its investment objectives. An Amundi director already sits on Bouygues' board of directors, with no plans for further changes.
