Amundi Asset Management Announces Changes to ETF Index and Name

Amundi Asset Management has announced modifications to its Amundi S&P Eurozone Dividend Aristocrat Screened ETF, effective November 6, 2026. The changes include a new index and a name update. The ETF will be renamed as Amundi S&P Europe High Dividend Yield and will benchmark against the S&P Europe Dividend 50 Index. This shift indicates a focus on 50 high-dividend-yielding companies in Europe with a consistent dividend payment record.

The SFDR classification will also be altered, moving from Article 8 to neither Article 8 nor 9, aligning it with Article 6. Amundi assures shareholders that they have the right to redeem shares without charges if they disagree with these alterations, within 30 days of the announcement. Secondary market transactions may incur additional costs such as brokerage fees and bid-ask spreads.

Updated details will be available in the revised Prospectus, accessible on Amundi's official website. These adjustments aim to provide shareholders with better alignment with financial metrics and liquidity criteria.
