Amoéba's webinar on its capital increase

Amoéba, a specialized greentech company, invites you to a webinar on October 7th at 6:00 PM to explain its planned capital increase of €10 million. Already, €7.3 million has been secured through subscription commitments, representing 75% of the target amount. The subscription price is set at €0.30, a 23% discount compared to the reference price.

The subscription period runs from October 8 to 23. The share increase is open to all shareholders at a ratio of 1 new share for every 3 existing shares. The new shares are eligible for various tax incentives, such as the PEA (French equity savings plan) and others.
