Amoéba's Strategic Transition and Financial Outlook for 2026
Amoéba has transitioned into an industrial and commercial entity in biocontrol, completing its first orders and reflecting this growth in its H1 2026 financial results. The company is also pursuing the monetization of its Willa™ cosmetics asset, aiming for revenues of €1-2 million in 2027 and €40 million by 2030.
Amoéba's AXPERA biofungicide received marketing authorization in France and is set for EU expansion. The company also extended its agreements with Koppert and Syngenta, targeting the grapevine, vegetable, and cereals markets. This expansion is expected to contribute to significant revenue increases from 2027 onward.
The company plans a two-phase fundraising to achieve financial self-sufficiency, alongside potential monetization of its cosmetics platform. Cash flow improvements through 2027 are anticipated, with collaboration with key industry players seen as a crucial strategy.
