Amoéba is becoming a major player in biocontrol and is exploring new cosmetic opportunities

Amoéba has finalized its transition to an industrial and commercial biocontrol company, a milestone marked by the delivery of its first orders. Preliminary half-year financial statements reveal initial revenue and a ramp-up in industrial production. Simultaneously, Amoéba is initiating a process to enhance the value of its Willa™ cosmetic asset with a view to a sale or exclusive licensing agreement starting in 2027.

The company aims for revenue between €1 million and €2 million in 2027, potentially reaching €40 million in 2030 thanks to key contracts in the agricultural sector, notably with Koppert and Syngenta. Amoéba anticipates an operating margin exceeding 10% of revenue by 2030. To support its growth, a two-stage fundraising round is underway, intended as the final one before achieving financial independence.
