Avancées stratégiques pour Amoéba avant le lancement d'AXPERA
Amoéba, spécialiste en solutions microbiologiques, a fait des avancées en biocontrôle et cosmétique durant le 1er semestre 2025. L'approbation de sa substance active par la Commission européenne et l'accord de distribution avec Koppert annoncent la commercialisation d'AXPERA en 2026. Un accord avec Metron Technology vise le marché chinois pour leur ingrédient cosmétique. Financièrement, Amoéba a renforcé sa structure par une augmentation de capital de 14 M€ en juillet 2025, ajustant son horizon de trésorerie. Le lancement commercial d'AXPERA est en préparation pour 2026, tandis que l'entreprise explore les biofertilisants pour étendre sa rentabilité.
