AMOEBA: Details on the Issuance of Share Subscription Warrants
On October 20, 2026, Amoéba, a company specializing in amoeba-based microbiological solutions, released further details regarding the issuance of Warrants (BSA) in connection with its recent capital increase. For each share subscribed at a price of €0.30, one BSA is issued free of charge. Theoretically valued at €0.028, this BSA will allow the purchase of new shares at €0.60 from October 29, 2026, to December 31, 2028. Unexecuted BSAs will expire.
