American Critical Minerals Unveils Warrant Exercise Program
American Critical Minerals Corp., headquartered in Vancouver, introduces a warrant exercise incentive program to motivate early exercise of up to 10,304,000 previously issued warrants. These warrants, linked to private placements closed in 2023 and 2024, are set to expire in 2026. Holders are encouraged to act by June 22, 2026, to receive new warrants priced at $0.35 each, expiring in 2029.
The incentive aims to bolster the company’s treasury for general working capital and ongoing advancements in the Green River Project, a significant initiative located in Utah's Paradox Basin. Unexercised warrants retain their original terms post-incentive period, without eligibility for new issuances.
The program is not an offer in the U.S. and lacks U.S. registration. Interested parties must coordinate with the company to ensure warrant activation prior to the deadline.
