American Critical Minerals Expands Private Placement and Completes Offering
American Critical Minerals Corp., listed on CSE, OTCQB, and Frankfurt exchanges, has completed an expanded non-brokered private placement, generating $2.535 million in gross proceeds. This funding will support drilling operations at the Green River Project and bolster working capital. The company issued 12,675,000 units priced at $0.20 each, with each unit containing one common share and one warrant. The company also compensated certain brokers with $161,000 and 799,750 warrants.
Participation by the company's directors and a senior officer accounted for 300,000 units, classified as a related party transaction under MI 61-101. A material change report will be filed, as required by regulations. The company's President and CEO, Dean Pekeski, expressed satisfaction with the funding, emphasizing its role in advancing drilling at the AP-S-2 Duma Point well. Simon Clarke resigned from the Board to pursue other opportunities but will remain an advisor.
