American Critical Minerals Secures Key Permits for Green River Drill Program

American Critical Minerals Corp. has obtained final Potassium Prospecting Permits from the Bureau of Land Management. Effective June 1, 2026, these permits enable the company's 2026 drill program at the Green River Project, Utah. The combined reclamation bond of $549,000 has been accepted by both the BLM and the State of Utah, fully permitting and bonding seven drill holes.

The drill program aims to validate historic data and assess potash and lithium potential. Previous wells intercepted significant potash zones within the Paradox Basin. Preparations are underway, with site visits completed for drill pad construction. Target completion for each drill hole is within 45 days.

The project's strategic location provides logistical advantages. Collaboration with RESPEC focuses on safe and efficient execution. Data gathered will guide future exploration, positioning the company in a region with significant potash and lithium resources.
