American Critical Minerals Extends Warrant Exercise Program

American Critical Minerals Corp. has extended the deadline for its warrant exercise incentive program to June 28, 2026. The program encourages early exercise of up to 10,304,000 warrants, initially issued during private placements in 2023 and 2024. Warrants are priced at $0.25 per share, expiring in mid-2026. Participants exercising early receive an additional warrant, priced at $0.35, valid until June 2029.

The initiative aims to bolster the company's treasury and fund its Green River Project. New warrants and resulting shares carry a statutory hold period of four months and one day. Unexercised warrants retain original terms. This program is not an offer for U.S. distribution.
