American Critical Minerals Announces $2M Private Placement

American Critical Minerals Corp., a Vancouver-based company, has declared a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $2 million. The offering will involve 8 million units at a price of $0.25 each, coupled with warrants exercisable at $0.35 over three years. This funding will bolster drilling operations at the Green River Project and assist with working capital.

The Green River Project, situated in Utah's Paradox Basin, is a focal point due to its proximity to historical oil wells and rich geological data. With all permits secured, the project's commencement is anticipated in August. The company's CEO Dean Pekeski emphasizes the strategic progression in preparation and planning.

RESPEC Company, LLC, has been engaged to manage the 2026 drilling program. The initial drilling site targets a high-priority location adjacent to historic wells. The initiative also aims to explore potassium chloride, lithium, and bromine.
