Telefónica Chile and Amdocs Sign Multi-Year Agreement for Business Modernization
Amdocs, a provider of software and services for communications and media companies, has announced a strategic multi-year agreement with Telefónica Chile and Telefónica Moviles Chile, operated by Millicom. This agreement aims to enhance business agility and modernize operations in Chile.
The partnership involves utilizing Amdocs' full-stack business and operations support systems, enhanced by AI-driven management services. These efforts will streamline Millicom's technology operations, promptly addressing business and customer needs in Chile. Christophe Eyquem, CIO of Millicom, mentioned that the agreement seeks to simplify products, improve efficiency, and boost market response time.
