Amadeus Fire AG Schedules Virtual AGM for May 2025
Amadeus Fire AG has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on May 22, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. The meeting will take place without physical attendance, streamed live from the company's headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, following Section 118a of the German Stock Corporation Act.
The AGM will include presentations of the 2024 annual financial statements, discussions on net profit appropriation, and resolutions regarding the formal approval of actions by the Management and Supervisory Boards for 2024.
