Amadeus Fire Group Reports Lower Earnings in Challenging 2025
Amadeus Fire Group released its interim report for Q2/6M 2025, acknowledging a challenging year due to economic uncertainties. Revenues fell by 17.5% compared to last year, while operating gross profit decreased by 21.7%, reflecting the downturn in both Personnel Services and Training segments.
The economic downturn and tighter federal budgets have severely impacted the Training segment, despite positive trends in the private sector. Personnel Services struggled with hiring reluctance and prolonged decision-making processes, further hampering performance.
Moving forward, the Group is investing in future growth with digital learning formats and AI-supported systems. Despite current challenges, demographic shifts and the demand for vocational qualifications offer strategic growth opportunities.
