ALTEN's Share and Voting Rights Update
ALTEN SA has disclosed its share and voting rights details as per French regulations. As of September 30, 2026, the company's share capital consists of 35,461,076 ordinary shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights stands at 40,948,136.
