ALTEN Announces Preparatory Documents for June 2026 General Meeting

ALTEN SA has announced the availability of preparatory documents for its upcoming Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting, scheduled for 18 June 2026. The meeting will occur at 10:00 a.m. in Espace Landowski, Boulogne-Billancourt. The agenda and draft resolutions were initially published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires on 6 May 2026.

Shareholders can access the meeting documents on the Company's website. Registered shareholders may request certain documents up to five days before the meeting, either electronically or otherwise. Bearer shareholders must provide a shareholding certificate from their financial intermediary to exercise the same right.

All displayed documents are accessible at the Company's registered office as per Articles L. 225-115 and R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code. Further notices will be published on 29 June 2026 in BALO and a French legal gazette.
