ALTAREIT: Update on voting rights and shares as of June 30, 2026

ALTAREIT has published information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code. As of June 30, 2026, the company's share capital consists of 1,750,487 shares.

The total number of theoretical voting rights also amounts to 1,750,487. However, some voting rights cannot be exercised, reducing the number of exercisable voting rights to 1,748,422. This difference is due to treasury shares which do not have voting rights in accordance with Article L.225-210 of the Commercial Code and to treasury shares under Article L.233-31.
