ALTAREIT: Securities Transactions in July 2026

In July 2026, ALTAREIT carried out various transactions involving its own shares. These transactions included the purchase and sale of 23 shares each, both at a price of €585 per share. These transactions were executed under a liquidity contract. As a result, the outstanding balance as of June 30, 2026, decreased slightly from 184 shares to 183 shares.

No transactions related to the exercise or expiry of derivatives were recorded this month, and no open positions in derivatives were reported. Transactions were primarily conducted by Rothschild & Co Global Markets Solutions (Europe) SA. Each purchase transaction was matched by an equivalent sale, thus maintaining the balance in treasury capital.
