ALTAREIT: Information on Voting Rights and Shares as of August 31, 2026

ALTAREIT provides information on the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation and Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code. As of August 31, 2026, the share capital consisted of 1,750,487 shares. The theoretical voting rights amount to 1,750,487, while the exercisable voting rights are 1,748,422. This difference is due to treasury shares, which are deprived of voting rights pursuant to Article L.225-210, and to treasury shares not exercised at general meetings, in accordance with Article L.233-31.
