Altareit's Half-Yearly Liquidity Contract Review
As of June 30, 2026, Altareit's cash account, managed by Rothschild Martin Maurel, held 184 shares and €67,140 in cash. This half-year report reveals slight trading activity in securities.
During the first half of 2026, the contract recorded 132 purchase transactions for a total of 137 shares and €78,590 committed. Sales were slightly more numerous, with 142 transactions representing 145 shares and a total amount of €82,789.80.
Comparatively, the second half of 2025 saw 192 shares and €62,940 in cash committed. Initially, in December 2024, 232 shares and €43,396.40 were committed to start the liquidity contract.
The transfer of management to Rothschild & Co Global Markets Solutions at the beginning of July 2026 did not change the terms or resources allocated to this contract.
