ALTAREIT: Update on Voting Rights and Shares as of January 31, 2025

ALTAREIT has published an update on the total number of shares and voting rights comprising its share capital. As of January 31, 2025, the share capital consists of 1,750,487 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights also reaches 1,750,487, with 1,748,378 voting rights exercisable taking into account legal restrictions.

The regulations of this company include a clause under article 12 which imposes a mandatory notification in the event of crossing particular participation thresholds, specifically any crossing, upwards or downwards, of one percent or its multiples. This notification must be made within four trading days following the crossing.

In the absence of a declaration, securities exceeding the threshold are deprived of voting rights for two years, if regularization is not carried out following the date of observation.
