Altareit: Update on voting rights and shares
In accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code, Altareit has disclosed information on the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. As of January 31, 2026, the total number of shares was 1,750,487.
Regarding voting rights, Altareit reports two figures: 1,750,487 theoretical rights and 1,748,418 exercisable rights. The difference lies in treasury shares and shares held in trust, which are deprived of voting rights according to Articles L.225-210 and L.233-31 of the French Commercial Code.
