Altareit, a limited partnership with shares, has announced the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of April 30, 2026. The company has 1,750,487 shares outstanding. The theoretical voting rights also number 1,750,487. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is 1,748,431, due to treasury shares and controlling shares. This calculation complies with Articles L.225-210 and L.233-31 of the French Commercial Code. Altareit is registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 552091050.
