ALTAREIT will hold its Combined General Meeting on June 4, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., at 87 rue de Richelieu, Paris. The notice of meeting was published on April 29, 2026, in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO). This document includes the agenda, the proposed resolutions, and the procedures for participation and voting. Shareholders may submit written questions.
To prepare for the meeting, the documents are available online, in accordance with Article R.22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code. They can be downloaded from the ALTAREIT website, in the section dedicated to general meetings.
