ALTAREA: Results of the capital increase reserved for employees
On July 4, 2025, Altarea announced the results of its capital increase reserved for the employees' Corporate Investment Fund (FCPE). This initiative aimed to include employees in the company's ownership through a full investment in Altarea shares. The total amount subscribed by the FCPE is €763,551.10, with a share price set at €81.35, in accordance with the legislation.
This transaction results in the issuance of 9,386 new shares, thus increasing the capital by a nominal amount of 143,418.08 euros. The new shares will be listed on Euronext Paris from July 7, 2025.
Altarea's next financial publication, concerning the 2025 half-year results, is scheduled for July 29, 2025.
