ALTAREA records a high subscription rate for the share dividend

Altarea announced a subscription rate of 78.5% for the payment of the 2025 dividend in shares. According to the fourth resolution adopted at the Combined General Meeting of June 4, 2026, shareholders could elect to receive 75% of the dividend of €8 per share in the form of new shares, at an issue price of €89.43 per share.

The total amount subscribed reached €109.98 million, representing 1,229,831 new shares created, increasing the nominal capital by €18.79 million. The dividend will be paid on July 7, 2026, in both cash and shares, the latter to be traded on Euronext Paris.
