ALTAREA: Information on Shares and Voting Rights
ALTAREA has announced the total number of shares and voting rights comprising its share capital as of April 30, 2026. The company has a total of 23,371,012 shares. These shares constitute its entire share capital. The theoretical number of voting rights is also 23,371,012.
However, after deducting treasury shares, which do not carry voting rights pursuant to Article L.225-210 of the French Commercial Code, 23,348,906 voting rights are exercisable. This information is published in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code.
