ALTAREA SELF-DETENTION ACTIVITIES IN MAY 2026

During May 2026, Altarea carried out various transactions involving its own shares. The share capital held directly and indirectly by the holder is 25 shares, representing less than 0.01% of the share capital. The outstanding share balance at the end of April was 22,106 shares.

During this period, Altarea purchased 28,157 shares and sold 27,157. The transactions were carried out primarily within the framework of its liquidity program. The majority of these transactions were managed by Rothschild Martin Maurel.

Activities were focused on buying and selling on a spot basis, with no transactions in derivatives or futures. Altarea also did not enter into or execute any new derivatives transactions in May 2026.
