Altarea: Results of the employee share capital increase
On July 3, 2026, Altarea announced the results of its employee share capital increase. This transaction was carried out through the Employee Shareholding Fund (FCPE), invested in Altarea shares. Total subscriptions to the FCPE reached €1,163,817.40, with a share price of €86.60.
This capital increase results in the issuance of 13,439 new shares. This corresponds to a nominal increase of €205,347.92. The new shares will be admitted to trading on Euronext Paris from July 7, 2026.
Altarea will publish its 2026 half-year results on July 29, after the stock markets have closed.
