ALTAREA: April 2025 Transactions Report
In April 2025, ALTAREA reported on its monthly transactions involving its own shares. The company, based in Paris and listed on Euronext, has treasury shares representing 0.03% of its capital.
During this month, ALTAREA purchased 23,658 shares and sold 29,358. No shares were transferred or canceled. The transactions were primarily carried out under a liquidity contract with Rothschild Martin Maurel.
