ALTAMIR: Provision of the Response Note for the simplified takeover bid
On September 12, 2025, ALTAMIR announced the availability of the Response Memorandum relating to the simplified public tender offer initiated by AMBOISE SAS. The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) affixed visa no. 25-369 to this document on September 11, 2025. This visa confirms that the Response Memorandum is considered complete and consistent, without however validating the appropriateness of the transaction or the financial data presented.
The Response Document is available on the AMF and ALTAMIR websites, and can be obtained free of charge from ALTAMIR's headquarters in Paris. In addition, other documents related to the offer will be available before the opening of the public offer, along with announcements from the AMF and Euronext on the terms of the offer.
