Altamir Announces Details for April 2026 Annual General Meeting
Paris, 9 April 2026 – Altamir has invited its shareholders to participate in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Wednesday, 29 April 2026, at 10:00 am. The event will take place at the company's headquarters, located at 61 rue des Belles Feuilles, Paris.
The prior notice for the AGM, which includes the meeting agenda and proposed resolutions, was published in the French Bulletin of Obligatory Legal Announcements (BALO) on 25 March 2026. Further publication will occur on 10 April 2026, both in the BALO and in a legal journal.
Shareholders can access the supporting documents for the AGM on the company's website. Additionally, registered shareholders can request these documents five days prior to the meeting.
