Alta Group to Tender Shares in Addiko Bank AG
Alta Group d.o.o. announced its intention to tender its 1,878,167 shares in Addiko Bank AG. This represents 9.63% of Addiko Bank's share capital. The shares will be tendered into Raiffeisen Bank International AG's offer for all shares in Addiko Bank, which was made public on May 14, 2026.
In addition, Alta Group disclosed its ownership of financial instruments covering 3,891,982 shares. This amounts to 19.96% of Addiko Bank's share capital, as documented in a major shareholding notification. This notification was published on July 3, 2025, on Addiko Bank's website.
