Alstom: First half 2026/27 review and outlook
Alstom has published a summary of its performance for the first half of fiscal year 2026/27. In terms of orders, the group recorded €2.6 billion in the first quarter, with major contracts exceeding €200 million in Israel, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Sweden and South Africa.
Operationally, Alstom has achieved significant milestones, such as the certification of the TGV-M by the European Union Agency for Railways. Production of the Regio2N platform has reached its 500th trainset, and the delivery of new trains for the Singapore Metro has been completed.
Regarding financial results, Alstom is forecasting organic revenue growth of 5% for the full year. The first quarter saw an increase of 4.8%. The adjusted operating margin is projected at approximately 6.5% for the full year.
