Alstom has announced that its Combined Annual General Meeting will be held on July 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in Paris. Shareholders are invited to attend this event, which will take place at 28 avenue George V. The meeting will be broadcast live on Alstom's website and will be available for later viewing.
The agenda, the text of the resolutions and the participation procedures were published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires on June 1, 2026. A formal notice of meeting will follow on June 22, 2026. All preparatory documents are available on the Alstom website.
