Algo Grande Copper Reports Promising Drill Results at Cerro Grande Skarn

Algo Grande Copper Corp. announced results from its Phase I drilling program at the Cerro Grande Skarn target in Sonora, Mexico. Highlights include drill hole AG_GC_003, which intersected a significant copper-gold-silver mineralization zone, uncovering 18.2 meters at 1.8% CuEq. The program comprised four holes totaling 1,998 meters, aimed at confirming high-grade skarn mineralization at depth.

The drilling validated the presence of a vertically extensive skarn system, identifying five skarn horizons, including new discoveries. Increased molybdenum values suggest a porphyry-skarn system, with the zone remaining open for potential expansion both laterally and at depth.

Enrico Gay, CEO of Algo Grande, emphasized the potential of the Cerro Grande Skarn to develop into a large-scale system. Following these results, the company plans to proceed with its Phase II drill program, aiming to explore further along the 6-kilometer corridor.
