Airbus Conducts Share Buyback from 11-18 September 2026
Airbus SE has disclosed share buyback transactions conducted between 11-18 September 2026. The action is part of Airbus's programme aimed at supporting future employee share ownership and equity-based compensation plans. This move follows the authority granted by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on April 14, 2026, allowing the repurchase of up to 10% of issued share capital.
The buybacks were executed under the EU Market Abuse Regulation. Between 11-18 September, 1,169,475 shares were repurchased with a daily weighted average purchase price of 196.4258 EUR. Transactions occurred on markets XPAR and XETA.
