Air Liquide Increases Share Capital Through Employee Share Subscription
Air Liquide has announced a change in its share capital following the subscription of shares reserved for employees. The company's Chief Executive Officer, François Jackow, confirmed on December 9, 2025, that 848,773 new shares, each with a par value of 5.50 euros, have been issued. This issuance raises the company's share capital from 3,181,759,482 euros to 3,186,427,733.50 euros.
As a result, the total number of fully paid-up shares now stands at 579,350,497. This strategic move underscores Air Liquide's commitment to involving employees in the company's growth. The increase in share capital takes immediate effect.
