Air Liquide Reports Updated Voting Rights

On August 31, 2025, Air Liquide announced its updated number of shares and voting rights. The total number of shares stood at 578,501,724, reflecting a slight increase from the previous month of July 2025, which recorded 578,479,509 shares. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights, considering treasury shares, also rose to 578,501,724 from 578,479,509 in July.

Excluding treasury shares, the voting rights increased to 576,698,793 in August, up from 576,664,328 in July. This change indicates a minor adjustment in the company's shareholding structure.
