On February 11, 2026, JP Morgan Chase & Co. notified Air France-KLM that it had indirectly crossed below the 5% threshold of its share capital on February 9, 2026. JP Morgan now holds 12,956,331 shares, representing 4.93% of the share capital and 3.45% of the voting rights of the airline.

This decrease in shareholding results from an off-market sale. Specifically, JP Morgan Securities LLC holds 657,904 shares, while JP Morgan Securities plc owns 12,289,702. The other JP Morgan entities hold a negligible number of shares.

The securities held include various financial instruments, such as equity swaps, exchangeable bonds, and call options. These instruments give JP Morgan rights to use the shares, but the sale reduced its stake to below 5%.
