Air France-KLM has announced the successful issuance of a €650 million senior unsecured note under its EMTN Program. The notes mature in five years and offer a fixed annual coupon of 3.875%, with a yield fixed at 4.033%. The transaction capitalizes on favorable market conditions, extending the average maturity of the group's debt.

This issuance attracted over 150 orders from institutional investors, with the order book peaking at over €3.5 billion. Such strong demand enabled the Group to achieve the lowest credit spread in its history, increasing the issuance size from €500 million to €650 million.

The proceeds will be utilized for general corporate purposes and to redeem the first tranche of Sustainability Linked Bonds in May 2026. The company maintains a BB+ rating from Standard & Poor's and a BBB- rating from Fitch Ratings.
