Air France-KLM Initiates Share Buyback Program
On June 3, 2026, Air France-KLM's shareholders authorized a new share buyback program, in line with Article 241-2 of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) regulations. This program targets ordinary shares issued by Air France-KLM, with a limit set at 10% of the total share capital, translating to a potential acquisition of 26,170,424 shares, after accounting for existing treasury shares.
