Air France-KLM: Early Redemption of Hybrid Bonds

Air France-KLM has announced its decision to redeem early all of its last-ranking subordinated bonds, known as Hybrid OCs. In accordance with Article 1.9(a)(iii) of their terms and conditions, the effective redemption date will be November 24, 2025. Each bond will be redeemed at its par value of €100,000, plus accrued interest of €1.625.

Holders have until November 10, 2025, to exercise their right to convert into Air France-KLM shares. The current conversion rate is 6,549.6463 shares per bond. This transaction is part of the company's financial strategy to optimize its capital structure.
